I have exhanged my PC (HCL) through Emtech computers at Nileshwar. They promised to supply a good PC (Not branded one) for my HCL PC. They have provided me one PC though I have paid the amount which after exchange they have asked for. The OS which is Windows 7, the copies one having problem, The front ear jack has a problem I tried to contact them in phone twice or thrice. But they told me that these PCs have some problem for the front ear phone jack. Is it correct? Request you to respond. MY email is prchandran @sifymail.com Thanks
