Epicomm technologies, pune
Signing bond from employee and then harassing employee to work

Computers & Services

Dear all,

I was selected at in epicomm tech, pune (a software company). They signed a service bond from me saying that Due to employee often change company for big salary and so the company need to spend lots of time and money on finding and tanning employee.

For only this reason I signed service bond . but after signing the bond the company use to complete extra work from us.they use to give us fear of bond that u cannot leave the company otherwise u need to pay six month salary to company.company use to take more work and then use to pass it to employee.

so this is not a way to treat employee, then i also can form my company and hire employee and make work complete by signing bond.

The thing is naval sarda is owner of "epicomm tech, pune" who dont participate in actual work .and arya bhosale is team leader who use to harassing employee by passing all load of work on employee.so if employee fails to complete any task then the told employee to work day-night .arya bhosale treat people very worst .her behavior makes us feel that we are a truck driver and not a sofesticated employee.

MOREL OF STORY: FROM THIS EXPERIENCE I CAN SAY DONT SIGN A SERVICE BOND FROM ANY COMPANY.

so finally epicomm company runs because of ary bhosale and bond signed from employee. they can sign any thing from employee for money.they beggars money from employee because they cannot handle business well.
