E TECHIES/ LAPTOP DESKTOP
GIVING WRONG INFORMATION

I have chosen some annual contract with a company who name is E TECHIES .IN... i took him a contract on 20 Feb... the engineer came to our home and repair a desktop... than after 1 day my computer is facing hanging problem and some other different problem also, so after that the company represent told me and gave me a toll free number -1800-1023-311.i am calling them for last 3 days regularly but no body picks up a call, and represent gave me a wrong information that our number is working 24/7. i paid 5500/- for membership fee for that.after that we have to make an urgent mail to my clients for to sent business quotation i have got lost of 100000/- for that.so this is my complaint for against this company.

so please help me out and give me a resolution... because they make us a fool.
