Speed post not delivered

HI,

I have posted a parcel through Express courier. The parcel was sent from Australia to Bangalore (india). When I track the item it says that the parcel has been processed for delivery from Mumbai EMS. It has been already 10 days I have launched the item and three days the item has been processed by Mumbai EMS. Why isnt the parcel delivered yet
