Complain regarding computer Mertherboard&bad services

Sir,

This Is for kind attention to a frequent problem that I have been facing with this product since 4-5 months of its purchase in the following:-

1/ Intel 945mother board / C2D CPU/1GBRam / 160sata

DVR-RW/LG17inch / Cabinet xenitis/ Combosack /

Intel Modem (All items are one warranty)

As i have a problem that at times while switching on the power switch the system opens but we are unable to anything in the screen. It remains black and Showing CMOS battery failure and date & time not adjusted etc. So I had informed to purchasing dealer of ADVANTAGE at Silchar Assam several times. They are acting negligent work and donot try to rectify it. Further I like To point out that after complain one time they keep the Mother Board in them for repairing. After 5 five days of returing the machine showed the same disturbance. So I am suspecting them for giving duplicate Mother Board. Now your suggestion is solicited otherwise I have to look for solution at COSUMER FORUM TO GET JUSTICE.
