EUROVISION
DEFECTIVE aRTICLE (cd)

I bought a EUROVISION blank CD and now my cd writer won't read it. I tried my writer with other CD and it worked hence the CD was faulty. However when I go to the shopkeeper he refuses to exchange or refund even though there was no mistake commited on my behalf. I don't know what to do?
