Ad behaviour from customer care

Hi

We bought a inverter from Exotic power solutions Pvt Limited, when we call for any enquiry or any problem very bad response from the customer care,

their charges were not fixed, they will try to get maximum amount from the client, they will speak as the minimum charge will be 500, for any kind of work but after the technical person completes the work he will receive only 350 rupees as per the work, if the customer care cannot fix or solve any query they will simply disconnect the call.

very bad customer care, she dont know to speak with client, she will speak like a woman in fish market.
