Factset guys call ppl for interviews..& later after all the rounds are over..they say that they will call back for the HR round, which apparently never happens.

I initially thought it's b'cz i might have been rejected, but later i came to know that none of the guys who reachd final round where called back & when asked they say you where rejected b'cz ur salary expectation was too much. While they never had any negotion round where they discussed about the salary. It was just a general question asking expected salary to which i replied arnd 2 lakh p.a which is a standard market pay for an Application QA-testing post.

These guys simply conduct interviews for publicity & offer shitty pay package of 1.2 lakhs p.a.

So guys if u ever get a call... please donot waste your time & money attending the intrview... they simply giv u false hopes & even worse pay pack..!!!
