Snapdeal Recent Case: Faulty Product and No Proper Response.

This has reference to the product -Intex Speakers (Order No. 659860029) that i had ordered on July 24 at my home address in Meerut.

I received them yesterday.

I was surprised to see that the speakers are faulty. They are not working. The power button is working but the small bulb (notification bulb) is lying inside and is not switching on. It seems that the circuit inside the speakers is displaced. More so, i have not even removed the packing of one speaker. It is still packed.

This is for the first time i ordered some product from SNAPDEAL. I never imagined that i will have such a bad experience.

I have registered the complaint over the phone to them yesterday only. However, the response is sarkari. We will look and let you is the response.

The complaint no. is 822553. This is heights. I am sending them notice as well.
