No service provided and laptop damaged

Atul Patil is the owner (I believe) for this company - Finetech Systems. Offices are in Indiranagar and Malleshpalya. Anyways, he is the person that I corresponded with. My laptop was not starting (screen was blank) and gave it to him for repair. It was chip level repair of the graphics card IC of the motherboard.

My ordeal started from the day I gave him my laptop. He sent his person with the laptop day after the next saying it was repaired, but I found 2 GB of RAM missing from the laptop. He refused to acknowledge the fact and said it had been missing from the beginning. I had to pay half the money for a new 2 GB of RAM (god knows whether he sold my own memory to me again!!). Then the laptop stopped working the next day after it had been repaired. He took it back to repair it again and this time he destoyed (literally destroyed!!) the front panel of the keyboard. To top it all, the laptop stopped working after 1 hour again! So in conclusion - He couldnt repair my laptop, charged me to add RAM (which should already have been present) and destroyed the front panel of my keyboard (removed my fingerprint reader).

Please dont go to this guy with any laptop/desktop repairs, he doesnt have the expertise to repair them, instead he will end up ruining them more by his experimentation. Also, instead of accepting his faults, he starts arguing and is adamant that damages may happen during repair!!!
