Wrong Item Shipped not replacing and refunding!

Flipkart has cheated me.

I ordered one Seagate External Hard Disk 1TB USB 3.0.

Instead they have given me USB 2.0 which is of much lower price.

They took 7 days to ship order. They claimed that order will be shipped in 5 days.

Also now they are not replacing my Disk with USB 3.0

Neither they are providing me refund.

(Also when I raised this in their site review section they deleted my review)

They are supressing freedom of speech.

This site is absolutly full of cheaters!!!
