Faulty product and the support service is pathetic

Hi,

I ordered a dell inspiron 1525 6cell battery and 65W adapter for it. That particular adapter is not charging the battery and showing "Plugged in not Charging". That adapter is not even working on other dell laptop also.

I called flipkart more than 5-6times and every time either they are transferring call here and there or misbehaving and asking for more than 24 hours to call me back.

I told to replace the adapter and check. But got no response from FLIPKART.

Waiting for response from your side so that i can get my money or authenticate working product back.
