Not deliver the product

I ordered a compaq laptop to futurebazaar.com on 29/10.After continuous follow up, on 08/11 i comes to know that compaq laptop has been finished Although they delivered the same laptop to the customer who order on 31/10..Now they offered me that you can take samsung laptop. I refused their offer After that they offered that you can Acer laptop. I confirmed the same on 12/11. After that only i will get the assurance that you will get the product in next 24 to 48 hrs but no delivery till date. Their customer services and logistics are very worst and not recommended to purchase any item from this websites
