Respected sir/madam,

My name is Praveen kumar. I placed an order for HCL notebook on 31st cot. future money offered (500 gb hd free, 501 shopping voucher & 8 EMI 1366. and down payment is 6265.00. I paid the down payment in the same day. ORDER NO.5004458068. They are saying within 7 days delivery guarantee. But there is no call, msg or mail from them for 7days. After 8th day I called them. They replied that right now we don’t have stock. Today they are showing the same model number on web. I just called like new order for the same model. They are saying that stock available but my order status is no stock available. And also I requested them that if is there any problem with EMI I am ready to pay the whole amount right now, but just they are keeping me on hold for long and simply disconnecting my call many times. Still I did not refund the amount also.
