I am a owner of galaxy y. This phone had created a problem for .this is the first time i had purchased a s a m sung phone and what brand image this phone had setup in my mind is worst ever .it hangs a lot it delete my application automatically without any notification it has created a problem for before this i had already got it repaired it service center at that time it has almost same problems.

now i want company to refund me my money back so that i can look for a better brand like blackberry, etc..
