Hardware Problem and software problems

In this laptop has lots of Problem like Hardware Problem, Processing Problem, It take lot of time to coping any file, Matlab software is not working without java support. There is lots of problem in that laptop so i request you that please short out of these problem as soon as possible i will be sent my laptop on service center in Agra. Thanks
