Fraud done by company

I got call from GCPL technologies Laxmi nagar. They called me for joining as a software developer trainee and demanded 30000 as training fees for three months. But I found few complaints against the company that its a fraud company and its collecting money from the students and spoiling their career nothing. I havent joined till now. Now i m not able to decide that whether i should join the company or not. Is it really fraud??
