I bought a gigabyte motherboard on 28th August unfortunately it started giving problems of overheating (thats what the shop owner told)... i went for a replacement but they said that they would (shop) woould repair it.im surprised by this because gigabyte gives a warranty of 3 years and immediate replacement.i wonder how the shop people took the matter in their own hands to repair it. therefore i would like to kindly request the concerned authorities to put an end to such practices and making the company ver cheap.
