The courier was returned to the sender without carefully locating the address of the addressee. The person whom the parcel served was functioning his office for the past 37 years in the address mentioned on the cover of the parcel. To further affirm the location, it was mentioned as VERY CLOSE TO INCOME TAX OFFICE & STATE BANK OF INDIA. But the courier was not accepted by the bank stating as not belonging to them. The delivery boy didn't take further pain to locate my office which is very closer by and returned the parcel to the sender promptly. When i came to know about the error of commission, i approached the Professional courier, near NATIONAL THEATRE, and asked about the reason. I was not qualitatively responded with. Your agents near National Theatre and also near Crown theatre were very rude, crude and not polite in giving a fitting reply. Instead they have threatened me of returning all the couriers i shall receive in all the days to come. Since, i am going to act as an agent for NSDL which is closely connected with the Ministry of Finance, Directorate of INCOME TAX and the Central Government, i may have to send a lot of couriers daily to MUMBAI and also huge parcels during week ends. Hence, be kind enough to advice your representatives here to extend a good attitude towards the big and prospective clients like me. Kindly arrange to get me back the returned courier on free of charge.
