Faulty piece/wrong information

Sir,

as i have purchased a printer of EPSON brand from (global computers & networks) pune-vishrantwadi.at the time of selling they told me that the printer will print atleast 80 copies from the catridge inside it.and at the first hour after taking out only two black and white copy, the printer is not working and not a single print is coming out.so i asked the shop keeper to replace the printer as i told him about the problem within 12hrs.and now he is denying to replace it.at the time of purchase he gave me wrong information, he told me that u just change the catridge tank and its drum which will cost around 1000/-overall and now he is asking for 4500/- for that which is morethan the cost of printer.so i think he cheated me and have sold used printer which was faulty and now he is giving bad words to me.

so kindly look into it.
