Hi All,

This is in regards to the fack commitment done by the service center & poor service tecnech of your company.

I have deposited a hard drive to the service center which is at Nehru Palace (Service Plus - 602, Vishal Bhawan 95) on 18th Feb.

According to the details which is mentioned on the invoice that we need to collect the unit from ASC with in 30 days from the date confirmation on production of this receipts however 2 month has been passed but I have not get my hard drive.

Many time I have called up to service center but always they commit that HDD is gonna be comming, wait for 1 week.

According to the service center executative, SAMSUNG has been stop the production of HDD, so that the problem is going on, here is my one question is it right?

If it is right so again I have one question why a customer suffer for it?

It is the completely harishment to the customer.!!!

Refer to the above how we can asume that we will purchse anything from the SAMSUNG stors as the service is very peatiable.
