I made a complain about my netbook charger the reference id is 080809-43. Now after 25 days after making of the complain and numerous phone call the acer india call center i have not got my charger replace. Infact every time i call the call executive makes false promise that i will get my charger withing two to three days. I have never come across such a bad service in my life. One of the executive also told me that a senior executive will call back and will take my complain. But i never get that call. One even ask me to go to srinagar service center and than give me a call from there and let him talk to the service center guys. What acer thinks i am telephone operator. I will never buy a acer product again because of the service. If they cant replace a charger in 25 days god knows what will happen if my netbook needs service.
