Non receipt of Windows 7 DVD from HCL

I have purchased HCL mileap MV02 laptop from your Delhi dealer three months ago on 30/10.

As per the package contains and HCL offer for free up gradation of Windows 7, i had visited HCL website and registered my laptop. However by oversight i had forgotten to mentioned the promotional code which i later communicated to youngindia @hcl.in email id for which i had got a confirmation.

However, as of today i am yet to receive the windows 7 DVD nor have i received any communication in spite of my reminder mails.
