Laptop screen problem

I myself B.Sanjoy had purchase a Laptop make: HCL ME, Machine number : 6094AX433041, Product Code: AX0U3922, Product Desc: HCL LEAPTOP U39 CTD and the warranty card no. 14834 from Visakapatnam, Andhra This year in Jan now i had shifted to Orissa state, Berhampur.

So my problem is that, my laptop is on the guarantee period of one year and some of the screen problem is there on my laptop (the screen is blinking and the task bar is overlaped with the address site or the application with which we operate), the reason to mail this is that i need the service centre address with contact number in orissa state, Berhampur city so that i can show my laptop to them.

so please help on this matter so that i can change the screen or any other problem arise to the laptop. My address and phone numbers are given below to contact immediately to resolve my issue or else if possible send one of your service engineer to solve the problem.
