Worst service frm hcl

This is akshay frm nagpur.i have purchesrd hcl me laptop on 5th january .n till now i have used it for 8 months .rest four months my laptop was in service centre. in this 4 month period my laptop's dvd drive has been replaced for 2 times .motherboard has been replaced for one time. n now once again the motherboard has been crashed .the service provided by service centre in nagpur (INNOVATION COMPUTERS) is the worst .they had taken my laptop charger to check out the problem and while returning they gave me some old charger.when i told them that this is not my charger .they blaimed me, started abusing me and were giving me the someones old charger .so i called to service centre at the same time .then they gave me sombodies charger and told me to take this.when i asked what will you tell to other customer then they replied that this is their issue .they will handle other customer.i am getting hcl me charger so keep this.after that i took it as i as i had been told by customer care to take it.they are keeping my laptop from last 1 month and not replacing my motherboard.

hcl is the worst company if seen.they even dont have good service centre.the service centre even dont handle the laptops properly. they use it very roughly.
