Dear Sir,
This is again very disappointed to say you again that I have again problem in my laptop.
Whiten one year I have already visited your HCL service center around 5time regarding DVD driver, Battery, and hitting problem. I am really puzzled to use my laptop properly, because every time I have to go service center.
Now a days again DVD driver, Key board, card reader, Bluetooth and lot of thing are not working. Now you will suggest me to go service centre and repair your laptop but this time my warranty period is already over so please suggest me sir, when it was in warranty period I went to your service centre five times and its defect with in a warranty period and now its again the same problem and many more problem occurred how can I realiy on your service and your product that is laptop.
Sir as earlier I already said you that I am very disappointed to use your laptop and your services also, please take your laptop back, I am completely frustrated to use this experimental box (HCL Laptop).
So either you change my laptop or return my money back which I already paid you and also compensation for harassing me always. Otherwise I have to go CONSUMER FOREUM for my complains and for harassing.
