Not giving the free gift

I have brought a laptop from the showroom of the HCL. As per the rule I have sent the Sticker pasted on the Box for the reedemtion of tghe gift. After few days they have sent me a E-mail that they have received the cutting and my gift (reebok jacket) will be delivered to my address. I have brought it in the month of december but still I have not received the gift. I tried to contact them through e-mail but they gives no response. So now I am seeking your help to get my gift.
