Sound system not working in newly bought HCL Laptop

HCL Laptop was purchased on 6/4 from HCL-Dealer SYSNET INFO SOLUTION, Kolkata by Mr. K.D.Roy but after one week its sound system is not working. Problem was informed to above mentioned dealer but it was instructed to lodge complain to HCL call-center (186018004251). I did accordingly and complain no. 8400003706 dt.17/4.I am residing at Jamshedpur and so far I didnot get any response in this regard. Plz. do the needful.
