Epairing of laptop

I bought a hcl laptop which never worked properly. during guarantee period we got it repaired three times then also the problem never got over.by the time warranty expired.when were ready to pay for the repairs but the office in somdutt plaza and lajpat nagr refused to repair it. this was a sheer loss to us and the laptop is still lying dead.
