DVD ROM NOT WORKING

my HCL Laptop model no. is P28 PDC and s.no. is 7084AX028535. I have purchased my laptop on 16-01-09 and my laptop is no in warrenty period and DVD ROM of my laptop is not working.i have searched a lot of hcl service centre but they all are saying that they are not responsible for this n they say that u may call HCL leaptop helpline no. that is 011 6609 4444 and i have called to that no. and they was saying that the no. has been changed to the no.1860 1800 425.when i call to that no. the service provider says that please check the no. you have dialled. This event is happening since 6 month.what i can do for this.

please help me as soon as possible to solve my problem.i'll be thankfull to you.
