SERVICE CENTER COMPLAINT

Hi,

I have submitted my complaint on 9-8-11 and went to customer service center on 11-8-11. Since then they are delaying the process by giving excuses of not receiving the part. Their numbers are always busy or unanswerable. The service center located at Green Park has got only one phone number for all the customers. If you contact the customer care they just tell us that we have email and someone will look over it.

They make false commitment and recommit everything. They are lackadaisical about the complaints. My complaint number is 8400025683.

My work is hindered considerably. Never expected such bad service from HCL. I have cooperated a lot with them and finally submitting my complaint as there is no one informing me about the part which needs to be replaced in my laptop..
