Lappy is not working properly and company is not paying attention on my complaint

Dear sir/madam,

I have purchased a lappy of your company (8101AE127420) on 31 oct. 2010. and i am facing so many problems with your product. from february it's webcam, dvd rom is not working and there is a spot on it's screen too from the starting. I have locked my complaint since march but still nobody of your service department came to solve my problem. What does it mean?? does it mean that HCL doesn't value there consumer or HCL doesn't want to solve it's consumers problems. I am providing you my contact no. its 9911210339. If you really understand your consumer valuable then plz let me know that till when you are gonna solve my problems. Other wise i might be a cause of your decreased sale doesn't matter how much i will affect on you sale but I am a Management student and i know that word of mouth promotion plays a very important role in any organisations sale or turnover. So mind it. And let me know hmmm.
