VERY POOR SERVICE CENTER

Hello Sir,

Here i am complaining about my HCL LAPTOP

Serial no: 1094AX248176, MODEL NO: K38 PDC, COMPLAIN NO:8400062422

I felt many problem regarding HCL Service center. They promised that their engineer will contact within 48 hours after complaining about my laptop funtional problem. But no response from long time. Even they do not pick up customer calls. HCL is increasing their branches all over India but they are not looking their quality and service. Please do not increase your fake reputation like best in all. Its not first time but i faced it many times. I like to suggest to customers, Please mind it and beware of Hcl activities.
