Not receiving of gifts of HCL Big Bang offe

Sir,

I purchase HCL HCL LAPTOP carrying Serial No. : 9111AE990164 on dt. 23-09.

I sent all required documents to

Special Promotion cell (B2C Computing)

HCL Infosystems

E-4, 5, 6 Sector 11

Noida (UP) 01

But till now I am not received any confirmation mail or any gifts. I contact HCL Touch but they tell me to e-mail to specialpromotions@hcl.com.

I mail 5 to 10 times but they didn't reply me. When ever I contact them and tell about this they tell me to mail and wait 24 hr. The time is running day by day but there is no reply.. In gift package they assure me to give 3 yr Mca Fee antivirus cd, 2 yr additional warrenty and british spoken language kit...
