I have purchased a HCL ME (Serial No. : 9111AE998015) laptop on 01 OCT

2011 with scheme HCL Grand Computer Carnival and register on same

day, i dispatch all required in due time and i was told initially that

i would get gifts and allied stuffs within 15days, after one month when

i call again the special promotion cell then they told me that i will

get by first week of December,

Why you people are harassing the customers in this ways of false

promise and incomplete information.

This is earnest request to you to please send me the gifts as per the

claims of your offer otherwise i shall have go to consumer court for

deficiency in service on your part.
