My concern is i have purchased a lap top on 10 dec. From S.S.D.N infosolution G-2 Raja house, 30-31, Nehru place new delhi 110019

MY laptop SL no A111AE042801

Prod code is AE1V27733-I

There was some Assured gifts (Free Reebok Track Suit Reebok shoes 3 yr. Mcafee anti) which still i have not received yet.

i have registered all the details on www.hclstore.in/claim_offer on 12 dec. I have received the confermation mail, my all the documents are verified and i will get these gifts within 45 days but now more then 100 days has passed. i have called so many times on 8586065864-65 and i always get the same response dispatching in on going. I have called on 16 feb on no 8586065864 the person was informed me your track suit and shoes size is not available, i have asked the date and time when i will get those gifts, than he replied if you cant wait that collect your gifts from head office noida... and banngged the phone down.

I also went to the dealer shop SSDN infosolution nehru place but now those people are totally changed, they are not ready to entertain me any more... this is a clear fraud with thousands of people... please provide me the next course of action against SSDN infosolution nehru place.
