My HCL p38 notebook laptop has been physically damaged. i went to HCL Mumbai office in Andheri. First of all HCL staff behavior was so un professional, they are behaving like government municipality office i.e not responding to customer busy in their own chat. After one lady Sonali came to me i told her about my laptop problem, she reply that parts are not in stock contact us after 15 days. When i called her after 15 days another lady Asmita pickup the phone she dont have any record regarding my laptop problem and she just passes the phone to other employee hence i was entertained by them around 20mins on ph, and finally they told me laptop body part will be available till end of the month. I called them again at the end of the month one boy Sachin pick the phone, now frustrating thing again i had told him my full story from beginning to end than just pass the phone to Sonali even she don't want to talk to me and keep the phone on hold than again i called her she told me you have to wait for another month. Now i am getting frustrated when i told her that i want to talk to your Senior Mr. Vikram she has not given me his contact number and as well she is not passing my phone to him. Now your staff is not receiving my phone. I am getting frustrated from your staff service and come on conclusion that in future i will never buy any HCL item and suggest my friends as well relative don't buy them, if you want better service.

Finally once again i want to say that HCL service staff is very frustrating.
