HCL CDC is not a fraud

I wonder how ppl hv so much time spreading wrong comments abt HCL Career Development Centre. I am not siding HCL CDC however, lemme juz share my personal view that HCL CDC is not a fraud. If it was a fraud then, wd it still be a leading IT training centre? I suggest that people should get the facts clearly b4 they pass any offensive comment abt anything.
