Very poor service

Sir my name sanjeev kumar address-202/150 old bairahana Allahabad. i have purchased a hcl desktop[ rs. 25000] computer from prayag computer m.g marg civil lines Allahabad. date 23-03. warranty 3 year from the date of purchase, from which date i purchased this one i am very disappointed. after purchased company provide very poor service. after any complaint a engineer does come and take the part of the machine. it be replaced[old not new] service time minimum one month.i have many complaint voucher of this machine, like dvd, front usb port etc, and now before one month my system creating restarting probllem i called the cusotomer care 18601800425. he gave me complaint num-8400020878 engineer came and checked the machine many types, and sys that motherboard problem, it be back to the company and after one month he gave me a old motherboard[ repaired] but he also replaced the smps[system fan] without reporting to me. i think that he personally replaced the smps fan. without reporting company and me becse he took hole cpu machine to me... plse help SANJEEV KUMAR EMAIL - COOLSANJEEVKHARE@GMAIL.COM
