Non replacement of faulty 19" TFT during warranty period

I baught HCL BEANSTALK desktop in the name of Riddhima Ahluwalia on 24-07 of Machine No.8074AQ074572 under extended warranty of two years i.e.24-09 to 23-09 vide warranty card no.10160535. I had lodge the complaint with HCL vide complaint no. 27BO90120 dated 27-11 that vertical lines are developed on the! 9" TFT. It is regret to mention that TFT is not replaced til-to date inspite of my regular & continous request & persuation to HCL's Executives, Sr. Executives Mr. Harinder Singh, Mrs. Sakchhi, Area Manager Mr. Digvijay and Regional Manager Mr. Ankur. Your interfrence is solicited.
