Not availability of customer care for a long time

I try to contact customer care to lodge a complaint about a faulty desktop (HCL make). For most of the time customer care no. was busy. Any how, after a long time I could make a call, but I remained on Hold for 8.5 minutes that your call would be through when the Executive will be free and after that there was no responce from other side. I again try to make a call but all in vain. All the time no. was busy. Why not to increase the no. of Executives in day time as per the Load.
