Very Bad Service

I have HCL Desktop having Hard Disk Prob. I locked Compliant at 9/9 & Complaint no is -099100055

& today is 28/9 the HCL Engineer was came after 4 days & took my Hard Disk for Replacement after that i m taking continuosly follow up for my Hard Disk but, Customer Care Excutive replaying me u r call complete in 2 days, but still my call is pending. I call them Continue & they r reply me u r call complete in 2 days what is this May I foolish person? the service provide by HCL is very very BAD. I am very upset.& Unsatisfy from HCL.
