NO DISPLAY problem from last 1.5 years

Myself Akshay Naik is have same problem of Desktop from last 1.5 year. I have purchased a desktop from VIVID solution. An operating system of XP (pirated) was installed and given to me. I got an OS problem on next month and an fresh copy of XP by engineer from VIVID solution was installed by charging Rs 150.After a six- eight month duration, I am having a problem of NO DISPLAY and this problem is not solved from a last 1.5 years. If a single problem cannot be solved by HCL engineer in 1.2 years than the customer satisfaction is 0 % as the breakdown hrs of my PC is more than 3 month in a year.
