I have purchased a HCL ME Laptop under the "Life Ree- Loaded Offer" on dated: 12 -Dec and registered for gift, till date I didn't get any gift from the HCL I have mailed the matter three times also on hclstore@hcl.com and specialpromotions@hcl.com also. But I didn't get any mail from them.

The Offer was stated as following:-

ME Laptop Customers will get freebies worth Rs 10298.

Offer includes free Reebok Dhoni Signature Kit worth Rs. 8299/-, McAfee Anti Virus CD worth Rs. 1999/- and Tata Photon at a heavily discounted price.

Ongoing offer valid till December 31.

Please help.
