Hcl laptop 39
Not getting the proper service, replaced an already not functional screen

Sir,

i m from bhopal, i have ordered my laptop 39 model of hcl from company on 15/06/09, just after two-3 months screen started fluctuating (problem in proper display), then after so much problems i got the number of hcl touch centre of bhopal (which is now again changed nd i m not getting that). they replaced my whole screen because it was in warranty period, but now again the same problem arises just after the end of warranty period, and they people not try to understand this, if screen was not good then why it was given??

i have not such a huge money for spending again on this, they really dont understand, not want to fix the problem, hcl helpline no is also not working.

because i have ordered directly from company so i m unable to caught any other and directly have to contact with company.

please help me out sir, please
