HCL LAPTOP
GIFTS NOT RECEIVED

Dear sir,

I Have Puchased HCL me 38 series laptop serial number b094AX177457,

Purchase date 17-12, from sales india ahmedabad,

with that purchase i have been told that i will receive reaboak track suit and nokia mobile phone

with in 15 days as per the sales man..

now it is 3 months and more passed from the date of purchase, no one is answring that while calling customer care of hcl they told me to email to youngindia@hcl.in.

i have mailed the details 4-5 times but there is no responce from that side..

after that i have received one no. 0120 2520977 and i have been told to talk to ms ankeeta for gifts qurey..

i have called up her 10 or more times she is saying that your gifts will be dispatched within 7 days..but no result.this incident have more than 1month though she is saying 7 days..while replying to her she disconnect my call...

tell me what i do ..i have original invoice copy please help me...
