HCL Laptop AXOB3848
Bad product and really bad servicing

I bought a HCL laptop Model AXOB3848 on april. When i bought it I was told that it has a graphix card of 1GB RAM. LATER AFTER INSTALLING OS I FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS 512mb. So, I was duped there. After 1mt usage it started heating up and switched of due 2 that 3-4 times. In a few days it started showing bad sectors in harddisk. I went to the greenpark service centre for repair. After abot 10 days i got it back but now it shows a basic NVIDIA graphic card with 14MB RAM that was earlier 512MB.

Additionally, the system does not detect a bluetooth device when I tried installing bluetooth driver. Also the P1 hotkey doest work at all. I gave it for repair again and now they tell me that the bluetooth device has a problem and they dont have a new one to replace.

Moreover, the customer care phone no. is always busy and the execs dont bother to talk properly.
