Negligence of customer support

I have given my HCL Notebook model laptop since 2 months and at service station at sahid-nagar bhubaneswar and every time i visit them these people say part is not available. My lappy is in warranty but these people are insisting me to give another 15-20 thousand and buy a new laptop in exchange of that i just want to ask you friends when we have paid so much money to buy a thing and within a year or two due to company's fault why should we spend such a huge amount again. I would request higher authorities of HCL to kindly verify my problem within a day or two or else i shall go for consumer court to seek its help.
