HCL LAPTOP
Delay in Delivery of laptop after Servicing

I submitted my HCL laptop for servicing on 2nd Nov" 2009 at Jamshedpur at HCL Service Centre to Mr. Saurabh (09955999824). There was keyboard problem, some hardware problem and no battery backup.

After several enquiry from Noida office, Kolkata office, Ranchi Office & Jamshedpur Office no conformation & no trace of my laptop has been found till now.
