My hcl lappy B38 C2D NOTE PAD model is under warranty period nd i have been running to the near by service center for many days but they are providing me a toll free no. which is never been connected and my battery and dvd player is under bad conditions so i want to assist service but no help is been provided.i am from bbsr nd my serial no. is C084AX202602 KINDLY look into my problem.
